Not overlooked. Parking on drive. Use of Utility room with washing machine, dryer. Share of large living room overlooking pretty patio & rear terraced garden which is secluded and lush. Share of kitchen with your own undercounter fridge & cupboard space. We are a friendly brother & sister who retire to bed early evening and fairly quiet household generally.
