We have an immaculate, cosy and fully furnished double bedroom available in our home.
The room has a comfortable double bed, TV, Wi-Fi, a desk and a spacious wardrobe.

The bathroom next door to the room is exclusively used by the tenants (1 or 2 in total).

This bedroom is part of a modern and extremely well maintained detached house with friendly hosts who respect people’s privacy and would like our potential tenants to be communicative, clean and honest.

The communal open plan area consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa for watching TV and relaxing. The tenants will have exclusive use of an additional fridge, a dishwasher and plenty of storage in the kitchen.

The property is located in a quiet green and safe area, with free on-street parking. It is a 3-minute walk to a bus stop which takes 10 minutes to Purley Railway Station (25 minutes to London Bridge and Victoria station and 20 minutes to Gatwick Airport).

Behind the house, there is a sports club with a gym, tennis and padel courts.
