The landlord travels frequently and will be away from the UK for most of the year. However, the landlord will return and stay at the property for approximately 4 months a year.
When the landlord is away: You will enjoy great privacy and have exclusive use of the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. The living room will be locked for personal storage.
When the landlord returns: We will briefly share the common areas (kitchen and bathroom) like normal housemates.
