Unfortunately my flatmate is moving out so am on the search for a new flatmate


🏠 2 bedroom flat, big living room, big bathroom with bathtub, kitchen with gas stove, washing machine, fridge and freezer

Room: massive double size room with a sink, can easily fit a king size bed. May be a set of drawers and wardrobe left behind

🚂 5 mins walk to Purley station. From there it’s a 20min train ride to central London (London Bridge, London Victoria, Clapham Junction, Farringdon, Blackfriars etc) 20 min train ride to Gatwick Airport and great connections down to Brighton.

🚌 bus stop right outside the flat, or a 2 mins walk to the high street with busses to East Croydon, Tooting etc

🛒 5mins walk from big Tesco and plenty of convenience stores and takeaways on the high street and surrounds

🌸 About me: I am 25yrs old from New Zealand. I work full time as a food product developer so never work from home. I love a good long weekend Europe adventure or a trip around the country when I can. I enjoy going out in the weekends and having a few drinks whether it’s at a pub or gig. Equally, I do love my downtime and a good night in.
