I have a double room in my five bedroom house to let to a lodger. It has its own entrance and an ensuite shower room. It also has its own little room for a fridge and a kettle. Very private. Its my home and I am there for part of the week. I have another lodger living at the house as well.
It is a walk to East Surrey Hospital (15 / 20 min) and there are bus services too. Earlswood station is a 10 minute walk. Redhill station is just over 15 minutes walk.
