This lovely 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat is situated in Redhill, right at the centre, 2 min walking distance to the Redhill station. Sainsbury's, cinema and Gym is 1 min walking distance from the flat. The flat is very modern, in a very quiet, secure building. The furniture is slightly different from the pictures hopefully I’ll update the new ones soon.

I’m looking for someone to rent this lovely flat while I’m away. I’m looking to rent it for around a month from 20th August but I’m flexible so we can discuss for different dates and/or longer.

It is £1100 p/m including all bills.

The location is literally same building as the Co-op in Redhill centre.

I’d like the tenant to use the spare double bedroom only, not en-suite but you will have a big bathroom (the one you see in the pictures). The living room has an open plan kitchen and has all the appliances; built-in fridge-freezer, dishwasher and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and you can use all the plates and pans etc. There’s a 50” Smart TV and Netflix & Amazon prime. The room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. There's parking that you can access within the building, I don't own a space there but you can rent a space for £80-£100 p/m if needed.

I'm a tidy, quiet professional. I'm hoping to get someone that would look after my home well and clean while I'm away and potentially can stay longer when I’m back if they wish to.
