Room available spacious house

I'm looking for a laid-back, respectful housemate to share my spacious 4-bedroom house.

The house is just an 8-minute walk from Redhill town centre and comes with parking on the drive, as well as a large garden to enjoy.

I currently live here on my own with my two pugs, so being a genuine dog lover is a must! They're friendly, affectionate, and very much part of the household. They are also old and snooze most of the day 🐾

The available bedroom is downstairs, while my bedroom is upstairs, giving us both a good amount of privacy. You'll also have use of the downstairs bathroom.

The house has plenty of space throughout, so it never feels cramped.

A few important things to note:

The property is currently on the market, so a shorter-term let would be preferred.

However, these things can take ages, so there's no immediate pressure or fixed end date.

Looking for someone clean, considerate, and easy-going.

No party animals, please – this is a relaxed and peaceful home.
