Double Room

I am a resident landlord offering a very comfortable furnished double - sized room to a lodger. Shared facilities include kitchen, bathroom and toilet. The room includes a microwave, kettle and small refrigerator, as well as television and broadband. Nearby off-street parking. We provide a weekly cleaning and laundry service for the room which is part of our agreement and cost.
Bus stop and train station nearby. The village is approx 2 miles from Redhill town centre. The room is ideal for a person who is temporarily residing or working n the area. It is not suitable for a young person looking to socialize, people working from home or night workers. Age preference is over 40. We are ideally looking for a male lodger.
