The flat is in a quiet residential court.

Reigate train station is right across and boasts great links to London (45 min to London Victoria) and South England. Reigate's town center is 5 minute walk. And Priory park is 7 minutes away.

The room has recently been repainted and refurnished.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a small storage room. You will have access to off-street parking and superfast fibre broadband.

Utility bills (Electricity, Gas, and Water), Broadband, and Council Tax are included in the rent (no additional costs).

Current tenants:

We are two tenants. We both are working professionals. We're tidy and clean and care about the hygiene of the house. And we take turns on cleaning the house.

Please note, we have access to an additional desk and chair, which the new tenant is free to keep. The previous tenant, as well, is moving out of town and plans on selling whatever furniture is wanted at a high discount.
