Top Floor Room in Central Reigate House

This loft bedroom with single bed is available. It's a nice bright top floor room with shared shower facilities and views towards the North Downs, there is plenty of hanging and drawer storage. Reigate has a good range of take out and eat-in places as well as beautiful outside spaces.

The house is Victorian and parts are dated, but it's cosy, well positioned. It has a peaceful back garden, quite tidy and has all the amenities, except off-street parking. There is access to the kitchen, cupboard storage with fridge space plus dining and seating areas too. Usual facilities include WM, DW, MW, vacuum and Virgin internet.

The other occupants are my occasional university student daughter during holiday time, another lodger (M47) who has been with us for 2 yrs and myself who tends to be away 4-5 nights per week.

We're are a quiet household group, living our lives, working and socialising but not together. with a small amount of polite conversation. We are culturally European and in cuisine too.

I don't have a fixed view on a lodger, but for us you will need to be aware, polite, be domesticated, understand re-cycling and be prepared to tidy-up after yourself. Don't forget we have a dog, friendly but a scrounger.
