South facing garden with sunny patio area. 10 mins walk from Reigate train station. 15 mins walk from town centre.

Would consider renting Sunday night to Friday morning only at a cost of £800 pcm.

Looking for someone to share the house and make it their home. Respect each others privacy, but also have a cup of tea and a chat when time allows. Would suit a person who works out of the house during weekdays and comes home in the evening. Must clean up after themselves and keep the shared areas tidy. Although some cleaning is included in the price.

I am sociable and outgoing. Hoping to share with someone who likes a homely atmosphere, with mostly quiet times and the occasional party on a weekend.
