The house has not long been fully refurbished to a high standard. The kitchen diner is communal and has a large screen TV, recliner sofas, breakfast bar, and plenty of space so each tenant has a freezer drawer, fridge shelf, cupboard and drawer per person. Kitchen is fully equipt with pots/pans/plates etc etc for everyone to use.
There are 2 bathrooms for shared use, one with a shower and one with a bath and shower. The showers are individually run so can both be on at the same time without loosing pressure.
There is also a garden for all to use/share with garden seating/table
Rooms come with wall mounted smart TV and lift up double storage beds and a quality mattress.
We have a cleaner every Monday for the communal areas (although you do need to tidy/clean up after yourself also)
There is a gardner and a window cleaner also, all these services are included.
We have high speed virgin broadband, gas, electric, water, council tax and a TV licence all included - the rent is the only thing you will pay.
One room is available on 23rd May and one on 20th June.
Current housemates clean tidy and respectful.
We are live out landlords, but live locally and own a building company so any issues are very swiftly dealt with.
