Double room with private bathroom in new build

I’m looking for someone to rent out my second bedroom from mid-end September as my current flat mate is moving out.

The room is a cozy 9ft by 9ft space with a double bed and is super bright and airy. You would have your own bathroom (note it’s not en-suite) which has a BATH!

Shared spaces include washing machine and dryer room, open plan living room and kitchen, as well as an enclosed balcony.

Who am I looking for: a young professional that works in the office most/every day of the week as I do between the ages of 23-28. The room is not for couples or for a student. I like being social but also appreciate alone time so I’m looking for someone that is happy to chat and watch tv shows together but who also has their own things going on 💅🏼 you must be tidy and respectful and as I wake up early for work, it wouldn’t work well with someone to be out late or noisy in late evenings.

Location: without getting to specific on this forum, near the South Croydon area. 20 minute train direct to Victoria. 20 minute train to London Bridge during commuting hours. Still fast outside of commuting hours but requires a change over. The flat is a 5 minute walk to the nearest station.

Rent: £1000pcm including bills.
