Being close to public transport (1 minute from the 359 bus stop towards Purley and 5 minutes from the 64 bus stop which goes straight to Croydon University Hospital, South Croydon and East Croydon stations thus suitable for student nurses/doctors) and major routes also makes commuting a breeze, adding value to the lodgers busy lifestyle.
