One furnished double bedroom

A lovely bright room overlooking the back garden . It’s a very quiet and peaceful room to work from and to sleep from .The house has a lounge / dining room which is a communal area . There is two bedrooms with en-suites and a family bathroom which is to be used by anybody interested in this room . There is a toilet both upstairs and downstairs and the family bathroom has a bath and shower .the house is opposite Sainsbury’s and a two minute walk to Selsdon High Street. The transport links are plentiful with buses running regularly to South Croydon and East Croydon railway stations with a twenty minute train journey into London . Good transport links to all surrounding areas . There is a lovely decking area with table and chairs and the use of a bbq . The garden area is well kept by myself and leads on to a large cabin with table tennis Darts and a rowing machine for all to use . It’s my family home so it’s kept to a high standard and I’m looking for someone who respects where they live and the privacy of the other housemates . I have two Scitzus who regularly come around to the house for daytime and overnight stays . To wrap it up I would say it’s a very nice place to live with very decent housemates so come and have a view if you’re interested and I’ll be gh alot to show you around .
