The house is in a quiet road within 10 mins drive of Woking station and near the A3. There is a bus stop a few minutes walk away going to Woking or Guildford.
I live here with an elderly dog who is very friendly. There are two bathrooms and a good kitchen with enough cupboard and fridge space and a garden to sit out in. There is also parking.
I would prefer a female lodger who does not work from home.
