We have just had this bedroom converted to accommodate a kitchenette, and converted another room into a bathroom, exclusively for your use. Brand new mattress.

Free WiFi, and use of my Netflix subs

Sharing with 2 others who use the downstairs kitchen and living room exclusively. We have a 3 year old short haired cat called Shania, who sleeps all day, and prowls all night.

We have a cleaner who comes once a week and you would be welcome to request them to extend their duties to clean your own space at cost to yourself.

Your bedroom has a small fridge, (old but clean and working!), a mini freezer, 2-pan induction hob and extractor hood, microwave, kettle, toaster.

We would arrange a mutually convenient day/s and time/s when you could use the washing machine and tumble dryer.

We have an extensive garden which you are welcome to enjoy, accessing via the back gate, and we would encourage you to make use of our space - even join us in growing your own vegetables and fruit!
