Large newly decorated studio room with own kitchenette and bathroom (shower) in a riverside property on a traffic free Island accessed via Shepperton Lock.
Off street parking is available at Shepperton lock from which it is a 5 minute walk to the property. The Island is a friendly community in a lovely peaceful riverside location.
All bills are included in rent, good Wifi connection, netflix log in available.
Kitchen with sink, fridge, convection hobs and a microwave grill. We can provide basic kitchen utensils, crockery and pans if required. Lodgers are welcome to use our washing machine.
The studio is self contained with own entrance, it is not a room in a shared house. Lodgers are very welcome to use and enjoy the garden.
In case of allergies we should let you know that we have pet cats. (The cats do not go in the studio)
