The room that is available is a furnished double room in the attic with its own en-suite bathroom. The room feels very separate to the rest of the house. There is also a fridge in the utility room for your sole use. All bills included in the cost advertised and the room is currently available. We’re also open to Monday - Friday lets for a reduced amount, should this be of interest to you please get in touch.

Our house is a clean, tidy comfortable home in leafy Shepperton with free parking available and was recently completely renovated. It has a large open plan living area at the rear, and also a separate sitting area at the front. About a 5 minute walk away is the local high street and also Shepperton train station that has good links to many mainline stations including Waterloo, Clapham Junction, Wimbledon and Kingston. It’s approximately a 20 minutes drive from Heathrow Airport.

We are an easy going couple who are sociable and enjoy a relaxed atmosphere at home. We both enjoy running and generally like being active and outdoors. Saying that, we also like nothing more than chilling out on the sofa and watching TV too. We have a fun loving 8 year old boy, a very happy 5 year old girl and a pet cat who is very friendly.

We are preferably looking for a professional female who will be respectful of our home - whilst feeling it is your home too.
