I’m a live-in friendly homeowner offering a spacious, bright and modern double room in a quiet residential area, a short bus ride from East Croydon Station – perfect for the professional commuter looking for a relaxed, hassle-free base during the working week.

The house is a short walk to Shirley Heath for those who love to be in nature.

I work at home so am looking for someone who will be working elsewhere during the week. I have a beagle dog and a cat.

The offer is for Monday to Friday let only – No weekends. £500 pcm (incl bills and WIFI). One month deposit required. No agents and no couples please. Available from 14th September. Non smoker please.

The room comes with double bed, bedding, full sized mirror, small desk and chair, good-sized fitted wardrobes and storage. East facing (sun in the morning) and looks onto the garden, not overlooked.

The House is 3 bed semi detached house with large garden, shared bathroom (bath and shower). You'll have full use of a well-equipped kitchen (new NEFF double oven, crockery, cookware and other appliances all provided) and communal living areas including a TV lounge. Virgin TV and WIFI. Roadside parking is available at no extra cost. It’s a quiet residential road.

East Croydon or West Wickham station: 20-25 min bus journey depending on traffic.

London Bridge or Victoria station only 15 minutes from East Croydon station.

I am in my mid fifties, sociable and relatively tidy! Looking to share the space with someone who is similar minded, respectful and considerate of each other's space.
