A spacious, fully furnished loft floor is available in our welcoming family home. The entire top floor is dedicated to the lodger, providing a private and comfortable space with your own bedroom, en suite bathroom and Juliet balcony overlooking the garden.

Our home is located a short walk from Blackhorse Lane tram stop, providing direct and convenient connections to East Croydon station, making this an excellent base for commuting into London.

We are looking for a single lodger, preferably female, who is either working or studying. The space would suit someone looking for a comfortable long-term home, or someone who works in London during the week and returns home at weekends.

We are a friendly family with two young children. As with any family home, there will be some normal household noise, particularly during the day, and we want someone who is comfortable with that. Equally, we are looking for someone who is considerate and mindful that young children have routines, including quieter evenings and early mornings.

There are no childcare responsibilities or household duties expected as part of this arrangement. We are simply looking for someone who will be a respectful and considerate member of the household.
