It is a really special house which is just a short walk from South Croydon station (I walk it in 5 mins) and East Croydon (20 mins walk). Trains take as little as 15 mins to victoria and 20mins to London Bridge. You can also get direct services to Kings Cross, Farringdon, Blackfriars and City Thameslink from both stations.

The house itself is Victorian and has a beautiful entry hall, my flat is in the top floor so has some pretty impressive views (out of some amazing feature windows). It is beautifully light and private and there is a secret room at the top which has a single bed in it and I have traditionally used it for guests.

The flat is super spacious with a dining table in both the kitchen and the living room. There is also loads of storage with huge wardrobes, under bed storage and a huge hallway cupboard.

The flat will come furnished so sofa, dining table, TV etc will all come with the property (I can provide a full inventory for you).

Water bill will be included.
