Looking for a tenant to take the whole property for 2 months.

Ideal tenancy dates would be: 10/05/26 - 10/07/26.

Accommodation includes:
- Master bedroom (double bed)
- Turret room (with single bed)
- Bathroom (slate tiled)
- Kitchen (with dining area)
- Living area (with dining area)
- Parking (9 spaces first come first served)

It is a really special house which is just a short walk from South Croydon station (I walk it in 7 mins) and East Croydon (20 mins walk). Trains take as little as 15 mins to Victoria and 20mins to London Bridge. You can also get direct services to Kings Cross, Farringdon, Blackfriars, City Thameslink Gatwick and Brighton from both stations.

The house itself is Victorian and has a beautiful entry hall, my flat is in the top floor so has some pretty impressive views (out of some amazing feature windows, one of which is showing some signs of age). It is beautifully light and private and there is a secret room at the top which has a single bed in it and I have traditionally used it for guests.

The flat is super spacious with a dining table in both the kitchen and the living room. There is also loads of storage with huge wardrobes, loads of kitchen cupboards and a huge hallway cupboard.

The flat will come furnished so sofa, dining table, TV etc will all come with the property (I can provide a full inventory for you).

For an additional £250 per month all the key bills will be included:

Broadband

I am looking for a friendly caring tenant(s) who will treat the flat the love it deserves. I am ideally looking for single occupancy or a couple (the turret room is fantastic and quirky but is not suitable as a long term solution for children).
