Hey! I’m looking for someone to takeover the remaining half of my tenancy from a previous flatmate (to begin on 9th July). The flat is a bright, airy 2-bed loft conversion right on the highstreet with great transport links. We’ll share the living room, kitchen (fully equipped with my appliances) and bathroom. The room is really spacious with a built-in bed (mattress included) and two wardrobes.

I work from home three days a week (in the jewellery industry) and head to the office twice a week. The flat is just a 15-minute walk to Croydon town centre, and only 8 minutes to South Croydon station.
