All bills included, a bright and spacious first floot room is available from late May 2026.

You will be sharing the detached house with four other tenants, some of them have lived here since 2018. It tells the quality and harmony of the place itself.

You will be sharing the bathroom with only one other tenant downstairs.

This room is for single use only. However, next room will be available for a couple but occupied by one single tenant. He is scheduled to leave within a month. You may want to take over the room before it even comes to the market if you have someone to share with in mind.

Standard deposit will be £750. It will be kept in government appointed depoist protection schemes. However, if you are a) with a secured and stable income, b) moving from an old tenancy to a new one with a good reason, c) have a track record of paying rent and deposit, we may consider to lower your deposit and/or take full deposit only after you received previous tenancy deposit refund.

Please note that the last three pictures are NOT for the single room, but for the double room next door in case a couple is interested in arranging a short stay and swap room soon.
