Sanderstead & Purley Oaks stations are both walking distance too and can take you to London Victoria directly.

Parking is available on street outside home, it’s free after 5pm & all day Sunday, or alternatively you can park for free anytime on local roads ~1-2 minute walking distance. The home is local to supermarkets, beautiful cafe’s & restaurants, pubs & bars and gyms.
