Spare room in South Croydon to rent

Hi there, I have a lovely flat near Lloyd Park tram in South Croydon. I am a single dad and have my daughter one or two nights a week. I have decided I don't want to live alone any more and would like a flat mate. I want someone tidy and easy going that enjoys a laugh. I have a hot tub available to use in my shared garden and I am happy to share it. I have stated a Monday to Friday rent but happy for the whole week for the right person. I work from home most days. My daughter is 9 and I see her a lot. Please note this is strictly a nut free house due to a nut allergy. Rent covers bills apart from share of council tax. Any tenant needs to provide pay slips and bank statements and id and I would like a reference please. I work in finance and currently use the room as my office but can leave or remove the desk. I would prefer to live with a women, I did for years and my mum has just moved out after living with me for a year while she found a home to buy. My cleaner comes every other Monday.
