This is a stunning apartment in a secure, modern, luxury, purpose built block in a sought after area.

The room available is a large double bedroom with a spacious family size bathroom that will be entirely yours (bath in shower). I have my own en-suite.

The property features a clean, modern kitchen, lounge and access to a dishwasher, washing machine, broadband and sky tv.

The flat is in an area of uncontrolled parking, so there is ample parking.

The property is conveniently located with easy access to mainline train stations Purley Oaks (10-15 min) and Purley (20-25) minutes walk away, which serve London Bridge, London Blackfrairs and London Victoria as well as Gatwick and the South East Coast. The 166 and 405 bus routes have convenient stops close by.

Bills are included in the monthly rent.

A bit about me, I am a 46 year old working professional. I enjoy going to concerts, trying to keep fit and planning for my next travel adventure. I am friendly and outgoing and love to laugh.

Ideally I am looking for someone who is non smoking/vaping, clean and tidy. Experience of living in a shared living situation preferred. If you think you might be interested, please get in touch.
