-You would receive your own shelves in fridge, freezer and cupboard.
- Bathroom: with shower and bathtub which you would share with one other female
- Lounge areas: TV room (with Virgin Media TV) and a downstairs lounge room.
- Dining room: Dining table with 12 seats.
- Separate Laundry and ironing room.

- Easy commute to central London (25 min train journey to Central London; Victoria and London Bridge.
-3 min walk to Sanderstead Train Station, 8 min walk to Purley Oaks Train Station
- 5 min train journey to East Croydon.
- 3 min walk to 403 bus stop towards Croydon and Warlingham (10 minute journey both ways). Also close to 412 bus route.
