You’ll be sharing the house with three friendly, tidy working professionals. There is a well-equipped kitchen, a separate utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a comfortable lounge that opens onto a large balcony.

The location is really convenient for commuting. Sanderstead Station is a minute's walk away, with direct trains to East Croydon in around 6 minutes, Clapham Junction in 16 minutes, London Bridge in 22 minutes and Victoria in 23 minutes.

Purley Oaks, another train station on a different line is also within easy walking distance. As well as buses, Tesco, cafés and restaurants.
