You are applying for:

A spacious, furnished, ground floor room for one in a large, 17th-century manor. The house is located in a secluded and peaceful area, surrounded by a medieval moat and 12 acres of rural scenery.

The property is located between London and Brighton on the A22. It is a 7-minute walk to the nearest railway station (Godstone), which has direct trains to Tonbridge and connections to London Bridge and London Victoria.

* Wardrobe, chest of drawers, table and chair
