Lovely spacious room in quiet village

The room is freshly painted, has a single bed, bedside table, plenty of storage (including underbed storage box), desk/chair with touch lamp, tall mirror.

There is use of a large heated airer (to dry clothes) to use in the room.

The shared bathroom has a walk in shower.

There is a garage with space for storing a bike.
There is a small secluded garden with patio and chairs.

Parking is on the road/pavement, close to the house.

The village is quiet and peaceful with many beautiful walks on our doorstep, including Holmwood Common (National Trust).

There is a bus stop a 5 min walk away, to Dorking and Horsham. Holmwood train station is approx a 15-20 min walk away. However you do really need a car to live here independently.
Dorking is a 10 min drive.
Gatwick Airport is a 20 minute drive, so would suit cabin crew/pilots.

I am friendly and sociable, but do like my own company to switch off and relax. I work part time. I'm out at church each Sunday morning.
Ideally this would suit a professional who wants to be in a peaceful, quiet area.
I would like someone who is tidy, clean and friendly but also happy in their own company.
