I am the owner/occupier, looking for a lodger to share my fully furnished 2 double bedroom first floor flat. The accommodation has a generously sized lounge, dining room, kitchen, with separate bathroom & toilet.

The price quoted is for single occupancy, the rate for a couple is £800pm.

There are communal gardens and off road parking.
Bills are included (gas, electricity, water, Wifi & Council Tax) with a fair use policy. I do not have a TV licence and this would be the lodger's responsibility if required.

St Johns village is a 10 min walk away. The nearest bus stop is a 2 min walk (Bingham Drive). Woking mainline station is 2.2miles.

NB: This is a LGBTQ+ friendly home. You don’t need to be LGBTQ+ yourself — just open-minded, respectful and comfortable sharing a home with someone who is transgender.

Ideally, you’re clean and considerate, happy to have a chat but also respectful of privacy and personal space.
