Comfortable Double room in a friendly relaxed home

A nice room freshly decorated, built in wardrobes. The room has access to a bathroom on the same floor, which will be predominantly for your private use.

The kitchen is shared, and you'll have access to the usual facilities to cook and enjoy your meals.

Short walk into St John's village. 0.4 miles away from the canal which is a short walk into Woking town centre. Around a 6 minute drive to Woking station, Brookwood is also close by. There is a drive for one car, I do have my own car but there is parking spaces opposite the house or on the street.

I'm looking for a professional, considerate and fairly quiet housemate who enjoys having their own space but is also happy to socialise now and again. Ideally, someone who appreciates a relaxed home environment, is respectful of each other's routines and might fancy watching a film or movie together occasionally!

This isn't a party house, but neither is it a place where you have to hide away in your room. I'm hoping to find someone who would enjoy a friendly balance of independence and occasional company.
