Single room with live in landlord

Hi. I have a single room to rent in my flat. It is furnished with a futon plus topper, dresser and built in wardrobe 🛌 . It is a cozy room. My current lodger says the bed is very comfortable with the topper. -He has been here for 2 years. Unfortunately my lodger is leaving back to NZ 😔

Close to town centre and Staines train station. Close to Heathrow. Off street parking. Shared use of living room and kitchen. Decorated nicely and very clean (pictures of rest of the flat can be shared for those with interest).

Private bathroom across the hallway for your own personal use. Keeping this space and shared spaces clean is a necessity.

Tidy, respectful, inclusive and friendly tenant sought. All bills included.

Looking for right lodger and not just to rent out. A lodger tenancy agreement would need to be signed.

This home/room does not suit someone WFH. Single occupancy only -no couples.
