The room has its own lock and key for privacy and shares a clean, well-kept bathroom conveniently located on the same landing.

Tenants have full access to the kitchen for everyday cooking, with modern appliances including an air fryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and allocated fridge and cupboard space. It’s a tidy, easy-to-use space ideal for preparing quick meals and relaxing with a hot drink. There are no shared living areas, making the home quiet and well-suited to someone who values privacy.

The house benefits from fast fibre broadband and free on-street parking within a one-minute walk. Staines town centre and Staines Bridge are just a short walk away, and the train station is approximately a 20-minute walk, offering direct links for commuting.

Please note: one friendly cat lives here, but it is kept in separate areas of the house, so the room may still be suitable for most people unless they have strong allergies.
