Hey! Rowan and I have just signed onto a gorgeous flat in Staines and are due to move in on the 10th August. It has 3 bedrooms so we are looking for another housemate!

📍 Riverbank Apartments, Staines, TW18

The flat has a large lounge area with a dining table, a balcony overlooking a stunning pond, and is walking distance to the train station that takes you straight into London Waterloo in under 40 mins! Also just behind the flat is a stunning walkway along the Thames. It comes with 2 beds for now, so it’s ideal if you have your own to bring. But if not we can sort out getting a third bed :) The flat also has plenty of free parking available, no permit needed.

🙋🏼‍♀️ About us; Rowan and I are both working full time as Paramedics in London! We enjoy our days off with a good bunch, pub night, or seeing some live music. We’re also both super into the gym and running, so we’re keen to join a running club once we move.

Looking for:
Ideally someone similar age to us (21-25), who suits our lifestyle and enjoys spending some time together! References will also be required for the Landlord ☺️
