Sharing water electricity gas, council tax, estate, internet, tv bills may vary between 150 to 190 per month (summer and winter- if 4 persons occupy the house, if 3 persons - vary between 200 to 250). Expenses are paid separately at the end of month after calculating monthly water, electricity and gas charges, and rent is paid separately, start of the month. Room SHALL BE GIVEN ON RENT TO ANY SINGLE PERSON; guests are permitted to visit. Indicated prices are inclusive of all bills- though bills are paid separately as shared expenses. If couple desire to rent a room, couple has to bear 2 persons expenses as the house can accommodate only 4 persons as per regulations. If a couple rents out a room, other room shall remain vacant for visiting guests of occupants. Prices are negotiable to the concrete situation of single person renting or a couple is renting.

Expect a freedom loving noninterfering person with reasonable mindset; female person preferred; advance payment of rent is the only condition and no other deposit; reasonable notice period- 15 days or one month. Total cost shall not exceed £1200 (single) for ensuite room. Rent and expenses together shall not exceed £1200 for ensuite and £900 for other room. Long-term stay price can be negotiated.
