This is a sunny and warm, double sized room with a double bed and mattress, but for single occupancy only. In the room is a built in wardrobe, bedside table, extra drawer unit and another chest of drawers. The room has wooden floorboards. In the house is a shared newly decorated kitchen with dishwasher, living room with TV, dining room, bathroom with toilet, shower and bath which will be shared with one other person and an additional toilet downstairs. There is a garage for some small storage items and the use of a washing machine and internet. This is not a messy, loud, student digs, we are a clean and quiet household. Outside there is usually some room for parking. We have a large Tescos 5 mins drive away and local shops are a 5 min walk away. You will be expected to sort all your waste as we try and recycle all we can. All bills are included, to move in we will need £500 deposit and £650 rent in advance. I will need to see proof of ID and a reference is also required.
No timewasters or unemployed please.
