The house is peaceful most of the time I love my electronic music at sensible hours, and never without warning.
A love (or at least tolerance) for EDM is a big plus here.
Important vibe check:
This is a chill home, not a 24/7 party zone. I’ve no issue with what you smoke in the garden or a good rave now and then but if you’re constantly smashed or messy, it’s not the right place.
I don’t drink myself, and while alcohol isn’t banned here, I’m not looking to live with a heavy drinker or full-time user.
I have had past experience with that and it’s a firm NO.
This needs to be a respectful, steady space.
