Our current female lodger is moving out to her own independent flat and stayed happily with us.
It is a 5 bedroom detached house situated in a quiet, safe and highly desirable part of Lower Sunbury (TW16) with parking.
It is near all the village amenities, river and green spaces. The room is furnished to a high standard with plenty of storage and you have a private ensuite attached.
The kitchen and lounge will be shared and is clean, modern and well maintained offering comfortable living. We want people to feel that this is a home from home.
We are a busy working household who offers a relaxed environment and we welcome a professional who is tidy, independent and respectable.
We have two small friendly dogs and a well-kept back garden which adds to the homely atmosphere. You will be living with a married couple and two young people who are 20 and 27 years old.
