Double Bedroom

Presently being decorated, small Double Bedroom, shared bathroom, in 2 bedroom house with off street parking in Lower Sunbury. 5 minutes down to the river Thames, 15 minutes walk to Kempton Park or Sunbury train station. Living in one landlady with a small friendly dog. Perfect for a woman, who prefers quiet, relaxing and peaceful life style. I have a small dog living in the house, she is very friendly, so if you are a dog person you would enjoy her company as she is always around, but not let upstairs. There is a breakfast room with basic kitchenette appliances, and not suitable for someone who cooks a lot. I am mostly vegetarian, eggs and fish meals only, so if you can’t stand the smell of fried bacon or other meat - this place would be perfect for you! The bedroom is a double size but with a single bed and a small wardrobe, there is no desk in the room hence not suitable for someone who works from home. The bathroom has a bath tub, you won’t be able to shower as there is no shower, so if you are a bubble bath lover it’s for you! There is a separate utility room with washing and drying machine. The house is currently being decorated, there is a parking space for you right in front of the house with CCTV 24/7. It’s very safe and relaxing residential area, with respect for privacy. A peaceful evening with a glass of wine and a book type. Not for house parties, not for couples, not for visitors, not suitable for families with children. Woman only and single occupancy only.
