The Room:
I have a fantastic en-suite double room available with its own private bathroom with shower. It comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a 50" TV included. I can also provide a desk upon request, making it a perfect self-contained space for relaxing or working.

The Flat:
You’ll be sharing the flat with myself and one other person. We are both working in public service/blue-light sectors. It is a clean, quiet flat with:
• A fully equipped shared kitchen.
• High-speed broadband [500 MBs].
• Off-street parking included.

The Location:
We are located in a safe, quiet area in Sunbury-on-Thames.
• 8 minutes walk to Sunbury Station.
• Nearby to both BP and BT offices.
• Close to local shops, The Gym, several pubs, and Costco.

Current Housemate(s):
I am a working professional who values a calm and tidy home. I’m friendly and up for a chat or a cup of tea in the kitchen, but I also respect privacy and personal space. This is very much a home, not a party house.

The Ideal Lodger:
I am looking for a working professional or a mature student who is tidy, respectful, and reliable. Someone who is happy to keep their own space and the communal kitchen clean.
