Pets are allowed (we have a cat) and it is about a 6 minute walk to Surbiton train station. The living/kitchen room is modern and comes with a dishwasher. Also downstairs is a toilet and laundry room. Upstairs is the two bedrooms and a large bathroom with a bath/shower. also upstiars is a storage cupboard that we use for a big heated clothes horse but can fit alot more in. we are sad to leave as its a lovely flat but have to move because of work - our contract ends 23/02/25 so looking to get this taken over / replaced.
