Clean, shared bathroom (with one person), spacious opened modern kitchen with dining room. The house offer a specious balcony and a front garden. In the residencial area you can find play ground for kids, groceries shop, basket and football area and a beautiful park.
Plates, glasses and cutlery are available for tenants. The house is cleaned every 2 weeks by a professional cleaner. All utilities bills and internet are included in the rent.
