Also 5min walking from the Sutton Cancer Hospital (Royal Marsden Hospital). The room is bright and spacious with comfortable mattress used only once. Clean, shared bathroom (with one person only), spacious opened modern kitchen with dining room. The house offer a specious balcony and a front garden. In the residencial area you can find play ground for kids, groceries shop, basket and football area and a beautiful park.

Plates, glasses and cutlery are available for tenants. The house is cleaned every 2 weeks by a professional cleaner. All utilities bills and internet are included in the rent.
