Furnished Bright double room

Hi,

If you are interested to move to Sutton South London (SM1) close to beautiful parks and all amities pls see my advert of a detached house to share. It has a garden. This is a very nice place to live and is very safe and very peaceful calm and relaxing place to live.

I'm looking for a friendly lodger who could also become a friend. I'd love to share my home with someone who enjoys a safe, relaxed, and welcoming environment—someone who likes the occasional chat and is sociable, while also respecting each other's privacy and personal space.

I'm easy going and relaxed to live with. I like to keep the shared areas clean and tidy, but I'm certainly not a neat freak! More than anything, I'm looking for a lodger where we can genuinely get along, rather than simply being people who happen to share a house and never see each other or stay in our rooms all day (although I completely understand that everyone needs their own downtime from time to time).

I have my own busy life too, but I'm never too busy for the occasional cup of tea and a chat—preferably with some Hobnobs! I don't drink much these days, except on special occasions. I also enjoy cooking when the mood strikes and would be more than happy to cook for us now and then if our schedules line up.
