Mature flatmate required for a recently redecorated, furnished bedroom with memory foam double bed, large wardrobe, and built-in shelves, in a lovely 3 bedroom house in a quiet street in Sutton.

Suitable for someone who is kind and friendly, super clean, considerate, and respectful. Must be fully employed (please note: not suitable for working from home). We value a calm and peaceful environment, so it's defintely not a party house.

Rent includes bills: electricity, gas, internet, council tax and TV licence. Everyone is expected to contribute to household items such as toilet paper, bin liners, cleaning products, etc, and do their share of the cleaning of common areas.

There is a shared bathroom, dining room and a kitchen (it's small so there is limited cupboard space), and a beautiful garden area with a huge lawn - and friendly foxes.

You must be a person who genuinely loves animals as our much-loved cat lives here too! (and he's the boss)

It's a great location - only 2 minutes to Sutton High street with bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Sainsbury's is just at the end of the road.

Sutton or West Sutton railway stations are nearby
