Large Double Bedroom with en-suite

Hello,

We've recently renovating our Victorian House in Sutton and now have a beautiful bright double bedroom with en-suite empty. So we're looking for someone to rent it.

The room is massive with an extra area for a desk, wardrobe space or whatever you want to use it for.

The room is the loft room, on the top floor. It has large windows and sky light windows. The en-suite has a walk in power shower, which will be exclusively yours to use.

The room is currently furnished with double bed, mattress, bedside table, wardrobe and drawers. These can maybe be removed if requested.

The house has two other bathrooms (one just a toilet downstairs).

We're a family of three. A couple and child 5 years old. We're laid back, love London, often out and about, love good food, very clean and tidy. We watch a lot of tv nowadays after our busy jobs end.

We're looking for someone who is happy to live with a family, who is positive and respectful to our lives and our neighbours.
