This bright and cosy double room is in a lovely, spacious, freshly renovated two-storey flat. It is fully furnished with a brand new double bed, a super comfortable mattress, a large wardrobe, bed side table, a study table and chair and a long mirror on the wall. It comes with a separate large fridge and freezer. It is a vegetarian house. Therefore, a vegetarian/ vegan housemate is prefered.

The rent doesn't include the bills except broadband connection. If you want to avoid the bill hassles the inclusive rent is £975

About me:

I’m an academic, working at the University of London. I’m a vegetarian woman, warm, friendly, super-tidy and spiritually inclined. I would appreciate people who could treat the place as a home and keep it clean. This house is pretty good for two people. The room is available from June as my lovely tenant, a medical researcher, will be returning to Italy in May.

Monday-Friday and short lettings are also considered.
