We have 3 rooms available to rent, including 1 ensuite room with a private bathroom 🚿✨ All rooms are fully furnished and ready to move in.

The house offers clean and well-maintained communal areas, including:

💷 No security deposit required, however the following payments apply:

• £250 holding deposit to secure the room (deducted from final balance)
• £250 one-off payment towards bills for your whole stay
• £50 refundable key deposit (returned after check-out)

💳 Payment options available:
• Every 2 weeks

As no deposit is required, we ask for either:
• First 2 weeks + last 2 weeks rent
or
• First month + last 2 weeks rent
