Great location- newly furnished double room

Small double bed.

Double furnished room in a small and cosy house. Newly decorated and all new furniture. Shared use of kitchen and bathroom. Use of garden and dining room if required. Cosy lounge is my own personal space (always up for a chat or coffee though!). A bit about me....I work 3 days a week. I am kind, caring, honest, clean and tidy. This isn't a party house. It's peaceful and quiet. I like restaurants, travelling, theatre, cinema and spending time with family and friends. I also like walking and experiencing new things. I am sociable but equally like my own space and respect the same for any new lodger. Don't feel you need to spend time with me; you do whatever you need to do! am looking for a professional female who is honest, open, quiet, clean and tidy and trustworthy. Pets considered.
